Unless specified, the minimum order on all blank towel or blanket orders is one dozen pieces with the mixing of colors allowed. Orders of less than $50.00 will be charged a $4.00 handling fee.

General Information

 

All of our imported textiles are sold by size and weight. Country of origins may vary.

Screen Printed Products
Production Time:
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks on all new orders. Emailed paper proofs are provided on all new orders within 48 hours from receipt of artwork at no charge. Please allow one week on re-orders. Shortages or damaged products must be reported within 5 days from receipt of delivery. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A HANDLING CHARGE.

Pre-Production Samples: We will print one pre-production sample at no charge on orders of 2000 pieces or more for both sport and beach up to 6-colors. If the design is 7 or 8 colors, please add an additional $30.00 per color for beach towels and $20.00 per color for sport towels. For quantities below 2000 pieces, there is a $30.00 per color run charge for beach towels and $20.00 per color for sport towels. If for some reason you decide to cancel the order after the sample is sent, you will be responsible for the screens as well as the pre-production run charges. If more than one pre-production sample is required there will be a $30.00 per sample charge.

Screen Charges: Customers are responsible for all screen charges. There are no screen charges on re-orders within 12 months of the original order. A re-order charge will apply.

Re-Order Charges: Adult Blankets / Beach/Bath Towels / Baby Blankets: - $30.00 per color with a minimum charge of $60.00. Golf/Sports towels / Baby Bibs  - $10.00 per color with a minimum charge of $20.00. A re-print charge will apply to all orders re-printed within one year of the original order ship date using original artwork.  Normal screen charges will apply to re-print orders if more than one calendar year has passed since the original order ship date.

Over-Under Runs: We reserve the right to ship 5 to 10% over or under on ALL custom printed orders.

Rush Charges: Depending on the time of year, a rush charge may apply on print orders shipped within 5 business days from receipt of order and artwork. Please call for details.

Artwork: When placing orders, please specify logo placement, VERTICAL or HORIZONTAL. We accept Emailed art files under 6 megabytes. We also accept artwork supplied on CD-ROM. All artwork must be submitted in Vector format and all fonts must be created in outline form. All artwork needs to be converted to spot colors using the Pantone Coated System unless the design is four color process.   Four color process artwork must be submitted in Adobe Photo Shop. We do not accept artwork via FAX!  Unless requested, we are not responsible for returning artwork. Pre-production samples of four color process designs may vary in color from actual production due to the complexity of four color process printing. There is no charge to match PMS colors however, PMS matches are not guaranteed especially on colored textiles. A surcharge will apply to ALL four color process orders.

Jacquard Woven Towels
Delivery:
Please allow 4 to 5 weeks on all new orders. Emailed paper proofs are provided on all new orders within 5 to 7 working days from receipt of artwork at no charge. Upon paper proof approval, orders ship within 3 to 4 weeks. A set-up charge of $60.00 applies to ALL Jacquard towel orders under 150 pieces. Pre-production samples are available at an additional charge of $60.00 each. Production time can vary depending on the size of the order and the time of year. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks on re-orders. Shortages or damaged products must be reported within 5 days from receipt of delivery. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A HANDLING CHARGE.

Embroidery
All products shown on our Web site are available custom embroidered. Since every design and quantity is different, we ask that logos or designs be submitted to our embroidery department in order for us to provide you with the most competitive and accurate pricing. Shortages or damaged products must be reported within 5 days from receipt of delivery.

Delivery: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks on all new orders. Emailed sew-outs are provided on all new orders within 5 to 7 working days from receipt of artwork at no charge. Upon sew-out approval, orders ship within 5 to 7 working days. Production time can vary depending on the size of the order and time of year.  Please allow 5 to 7 working days on re-orders.

Artwork: When placing orders, please specify logo placement on item. We accept Emailed jpg, tiff, pdf, and eps art files under 6 megabytes. We also accept customer supplied digitized disks in Tajima language format:

Rush Charges: A rush charge may apply on embroidery orders shipped within 5 business days from receipt of order and artwork. Please call for details.

Shipping: We reserve the right to ship five to ten percent plus or minus on all printed, Jacquard woven, and embroidered orders. All textiles are shipped bulk and repacked in there original cartons. Special packaging and drop shipping are available at an additional charge.  All tractor-trailer shipments will be palletized and shrink-wrapped at a charge of $15.00 per pallet. Customerís UPS, FedEx, or DHL account numbers are required on ALL air shipments. Unless specified, we reserve the right to ship by the most beneficial means of transportation. Screen printed and embroidered products are FOB Georgia. Jacquard towels are FOB South Carolina. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A HANDLING CHARGE.

 

Blank Goods
Delivery:
All blank goods ship within 24 to 48 hours from receipt of purchase order. Same day shipping is available on selected items. Blank goods are FOB Illinois, Minnesota, Georgia, New Jersey, Colorado, and California. We will make every effort to ship from the closet point but shipping points are not guaranteed.  ALL SHIPMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A HANDLING CHARGE.

Terms: New customers will require payment in full prior to shipping. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Net 30 day accounts may be available on credit approved accounts. Custom printed, Jacquard woven and embroidered goods can not be shipped COD as well as case packed blank goods shipped from the mill or port of entry.

Warranties: All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from invoice date.

Returns / Cancellations: All returns must be requested in writing within in 10 days from receipt of order and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Customers are responsible for all freight charges on returned merchandise. Grommeted, partially decorated, and altered products are NOT returnable. Shortages or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours from receipt of delivery. Cancelled or change orders will be invoiced for all work and expenses occurred up to the time of such change or cancellation.

Liability: Washing instructions are included with every printed towel. We will not be responsible for damages that may occur if these instructions are not followed. Due to the flexible nature of textile products, all product sizes and weights are subject to a 5 to 10% mill tolerance. None of the registered trademarks shown in this catalog are offered for sale herewith. Logos are displayed only to demonstrate our reproduction capability. All products are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
